Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. To initiate this process, click here and fill in the refund request form.

Conditions for Returns

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Opened or tested perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
  • If the product is faulty or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence within 48 hours.

How to Return Your Order

  1. Go to the Refund Request page
  2. Fill in the form
  3. Select the relevant order number
  4. Specify whether you want to receive a refund for one or all of your purchases
  5. If your item(s) was damaged upon receipt, provide proof within 48 hours by attaching it to the refund request form
  6. Upon approval of your refund request, properly package the item(s)
  7. Send the package to the address that you will receive upon approval

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email
  • If approved, we will process your refund within several days depending on your bank
  • Refunds are non-refundablewill include the original shipping costs if applicable but exclude return shipping costs unless the product was faulty or damaged
