How do I place an order?
Through our store on this website. In each category you have a choice of products. Start your search by choosing a category, then click on the desired product, select a variant if possible, and add the product to your shopping cart.
How do I cancel an order?
Click on My account > Orders > Cancel (or click here) in the top right corner. If we have not yet processed and shipped your order, you can still cancel it. Don’t see the option to cancel your order? Please contact us immediately to see if we can help you.
How do I change my order?
Click on My Account > Orders > Modify (or click here) in the top right corner. If we have not yet processed and shipped your order, you can still change it. Don’t see the option to change your order? Please contact us immediately to see if we can help you.
How do I change my delivery address?
Click on My Account > Address > Edit Billing Address / Edit Shipping Address (or click here) in the top right corner to change your address. Click on Save Address when you are done editing your address.
