What are the return options?
Within 14 days of receiving your products, you have several options:
- Exchange unopened products for another product.
- Return unopened products and receive a refund.
How can I report my return?
You can return your products by filing a return via our website. Log in to your Parfumans account and click on Orders. Here you will see all your current and/or completed orders. If possible, the option to return a (partial) order will automatically appear.
What are the return conditions?
You can return your package within 14 days for which you have to pay the return costs yourself. The product must be returned unopened. Opened products cannot be returned.
What is the status of my return?
You can track the status of your return by logging into your Parfumans account and clicking on Orders. It is also possible to track your package via PostNL, depending on the carrier of your package.
How do I make my package return-ready?
Make it as easy as possible for yourself and the courier and return your package in good order. Make sure you properly attach the shipping label to the box, and properly seal the box itself. Want to have your package picked up? Make sure the package is properly sealed.
